Postpartum care for the soul.

  • $300/ Session

After birthing a child you are not through with this journey. It takes longer than society tells you for your mind, body, and soul to adjust after crossing the threshold into postpartum.

This is a session where I spend time caring for the birthing person in a way that extends beyond basic needs. This session lasts about 2 hours spending time honoring the birthing person and all their body did for them.

    -Vaginal Steam

    -Bodywork & grounding

-Homemade healing vegan mushroom broth (32oz)

-Homemade seasonal healing vegan soup (32oz)

    -Birth processing, if ready

    -Guided breathwork meditation

-I will also hold space for any questions regarding feeding, healing, newborn care, and other postpartum questions.

  • $80/session OR $145/ 2 sessions

This will either be in your home or via telehealth - you must be free from distractions or childcare responsibilities to fully be present for session. Each session lasts 60 - 90 minutes.

Sessions start with getting to know one another. When you feel comfortable, I would love to hear your story. I will listen. Then, together, we will walk through each moment- labeling, feeling and processing.

Your session will include a screening for postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, as well as, referrals for additional services based on desires.

I use various somatic practices and other therapeutic modalities to help process your birthing experience.

I will listen to you share your birthing experience, baring witness to your somatic experience while guiding you through more work.

I will open the space and close the space with intention of breathwork and leave you with some suggested practices to continue this work on your own.

This offering can be used soon after birth or in preparation for a subsequent birth.

OFFERING FOR MY BIRTH CLIENTS ONLY

Postpartum hours can be purchased separately and are to be used in the beginning months following birth. Postpartum support is another great item to put on your baby registry. Postpartum is a wildly beautiful time that tends to be forgotten. There is a large lapse in community support around this time.

Postpartum support looks different for everyone. Some main ways in which I support people during this time are:

    -Emotional and physical support

    -Allow parent(s) time to rest

    -Bodywork and grounding

    -Education around newborn care

    -Light housekeeping and meal prep

  • $300 All together

    This includes

    • 1 meeting to plan

    • Mini postpartum planning workbook

    • Mother’s (Birther’s) Blessing

    • I will facilitate the nesting gathering so you dont’ have to plan one more thing.

Imagine a gathering of the strongest and closest people in your life caring for you in preparation for this journey bringing a human into this world and postpartum.

We spend the first hour in ceremony doing activities to bless and honor the person giving birth. The next 2 hours are all things preparation for postpartum - meal prepping your favorite freezer meals, opening all the boxes of things you have, washing baby clothes, organizing nursery, the list goes on.

In our meeting ahead of time we plan what meals you want, what you want help with and what youw ant to do on your own, we pick out what activities resonate with you fro the beginning ceremony, we talk preparation for postpartum, set expectations for visitors, etc.

Healing Foods

All foods are plant-based. These healing foods are prepared in my home with intention using seasonal foods from my garden, farmers market, and the co-op. We work together to determine what your nutritional needs are. All foods are prepared in my home, frozen, and given to you prenatally to have ready in your freezer for once you have returned from the depths of birth.

  • All broths come in 32oz jars. The two bases I start with are mushroom or vegetable that you can choose from. Beyond the base, we discuss any areas you would like to focus the herbal remedies on.

This is a good option for something to buy prenatally, and hold in the freezer until baby is born. These broths can last 6 months in the freezer.

  • These are in 32oz jars with a broth and wild rice base. Beyond the base, we discuss any areas you would like to focus the herbal and plant remedies on.

This is a good option for something to buy prenatally, and hold in the freezer until baby is born. These can last 4 months in the freezer.

  • Someone body feeding burns, on average, 500 extra calories a day. Having healthy and nutrient dense snacks close by is so important to healing.

Warming foods are so important to healing but getting snack foods in as well can be an extra boost to meet caloric and nutritional needs during this time - not to mention, snack foods are a lot easier to eat on-handed when you constantly have a baby in the other arm.
