This childbirth course goes over not only the physiology of birth, but also the psychological and somatic components.

Birth is a moment in time that pushes you to your limits and bursts you open to the stars. Once baby is here, there’s also an aspect of healing that needs to occur to enter back into your body. We will cover both modern knowing (evidenced based information) and inner knowing (what your body and mind know) through this course. Both knowings are important and it's key to access both throughout this journey.

This is a pre-recorded self paced childbirth education class. There are 8 sessions and journal prompts to go with each session topic to help process the information and grow your practical information along with your inner knowing.
